Vinh Long Labor Federation identifies 8 key tasks from 20-24.10
Vinh Long - The Provincial Federation of Labor focuses on reviewing documents, inspecting and evaluating the quality of grassroots trade union activities in 2025.
From October 20 to 24, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) will deploy 8 key tasks to improve the quality of union work and prepare for important events.
In particular, the focus is on approving documents and evaluating and classifying the quality of grassroots trade union activities in 2025. The three Working Groups of the Provincial Federation of Labor continue to inspect, evaluate and classify grassroots trade unions, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
At the same time, the Provincial Federation of Labor will conduct an appraisal of collective labor agreements, attend the National Patriotic Emulation Congress for Workers and Employees, report on 5 years of implementing Resolution 10b/NQ-BCH and receive union members to the Tra Vinh Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
Other activities include reviewing labor data, budgeting for union financial revenue and expenditure in 2026, preparing for the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress, issuing documents guiding election propaganda, the Fatherland Front Congress, organizing sports congresses, implementing the "digital education" movement and ensuring gender equality.
In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor appraised the Projects to establish qualified commune and ward trade unions and expand the grassroots trade union network. The activities demonstrate the determination to improve the quality of union work and care for union members' lives.
