Thanh Hoa Labor Federation trains on considering recognizing a unit that meets cultural standards

On September 23, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor organized a training conference to guide procedures, records, and processes for considering the recognition of "Cultural standard agencies, units, and enterprises" for commune-level union officials and affiliated grassroots unions.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized the role of the movement to build cultural life at the grassroots level, and at the same time requested the team of union officials to grasp the process and criteria to advise on effective implementation.

At the conference, Comrade Truong Viet Dung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee thoroughly grasped the key contents of Instruction No. 14/HD-LDLD dated August 16, 2022. The training content focuses on the registration plan, performance report, review minutes, application forms and answering practical problems.

The conference is an important preparation step, contributing to improving the capacity of grassroots union cadres, promoting the movement to build a healthy and progressive cultural environment in agencies, units and enterprises in the province.
