Ha Tinh Labor Federation works with enterprises on labor issues
Ha Tinh - Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor has just worked with Bao Minh Joint Stock Company, Ha Tinh branch to coordinate in harmoniously resolving labor problems at this unit.
On August 29, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor announced that Comrade Tang Thi Linh Chi - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor chaired a working session with the Party Committee, Professional Director and Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Bao Minh Joint Stock Company, Ha Tinh branch.
At the meeting, the parties discussed frankly the plan to arrange and assign personnel, both meeting the production and business requirements of the enterprise and ensuring the rights, life and ideological stability of workers. The representative of the Company's Branch Trade Union clearly stated opinions and recommendations to build optimal solutions to harmonize the interests of all parties.
Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Tang Thi Linh Chi affirmed that the Trade Union organization always accompanies businesses in building sustainable and progressive labor relations; at the same time, it will fully synthesize opinions to make recommendations to Bao Minh Joint Stock Corporation, ensuring that the matter is thoroughly resolved.
