Spreading beautiful actions from kind Hai Phong people

At around 4:25 p.m. on September 11, while on duty in the area in front of the gate of the headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Nhi Chieu Ward, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuong, a security guard of the Ward People's Committee, discovered and picked up the amount of VND 1,180,000.

Immediately after the discovery, Mr. Phuong proactively informed the incident to citizens who were transacting at the Ward Public Administration Service Center for verification. After about 10 minutes, he found the owner of the money, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh (born in 1976, residing in Bich Nhoi 2 Residential Group, Nhi Chieu Ward) and returned it directly.

Appreciated by the beautiful action, Ms. Minh expressed her deep gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuong's responsible gesture.

Previously, on August 30, teacher Hoang Tuyet Chinh (born in 1993), Secretary of the Youth Union of Le Loi Secondary School, Yet Kieu Commune, unexpectedly received an amount of VND 15,288,000 mistakenly transferred to her personal account through Internet Banking service.

With a sincere spirit, Ms. Chinh proactively contacted the Yet Kieu Commune Police to report the incident. In the afternoon of the same day, the Commune Police force coordinated to verify and quickly organized a handover of assets between the two sides at the Gia Loc Commune Police headquarters, ensuring the correct process and the right person.

The above beautiful actions are vivid evidence of a decent, responsible and civilized lifestyle - values that are increasingly being replicated in the community.
