Opening of the 14th Workers' Football Tournament at a Thanh Hoa enterprise
Thanh Hoa - Nearly 350 workers of Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. competed in the traditional football tournament.
On August 11, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that at the football stadium of Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province, the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Company Limited held the Opening Ceremony of the 14th Men's and Women's Workers' Football Tournament, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
This year's tournament brings together 12 Men's teams and 10 Women's teams, with nearly 350 athletes who are union members and employees of the Company participating. The teams competed in a round robin to score points and eliminate directly, promising many dramatic matches.
The activity aims to create a useful playground, improve health, connect union members, and promote the emulation movement of production labor.
This is an annual traditional activity, demonstrating the concern of the Trade Union organization and the Company's leaders for the spiritual life of workers.
