More than 100 hospital union members donate blood to save lives
HCMC - On October 8, more than 100 union members of Gia Dinh People's Hospital participated in donating blood to save lives.
In order to contribute to overcoming anemia in emergency care and treatment, the "Golden Blood Drops" Program organized at Gia Dinh People's Hospital has attracted the participation of many hospital staff and workers.
With the spirit of compassion, hospital union members donated more than 100 units of blood, contributing to bringing life and hope to patients. Each participant is given a health check-up, blood pressure measurement and registered to donate from 350ml - 450ml of blood depending on their physical condition.
In addition to the gifts according to regulations, blood donors are also given meaningful gifts such as calligraphy paintings.
The voluntary blood donation festival not only brings valuable blood to serve treatment, but also spreads the spirit of solidarity, sharing and responsibility to the community of the Gia Dinh People's Hospital.
