Union activities towards policy families and people in mountainous areas
On July 7, the People's Public Security Trade Union said that in the first 6 months of the year, trade union activities were directed towards policy families and people in the highlands.
Accordingly, the People's Public Security Trade Union (CAND) in coordination with the Hai Phong City Labor Federation and Lai Chau Provincial Police organized the program "Spring Warm Border Guard - Trade Union Love Festival 2025".
Within the framework of the program, 200 gifts were presented to the people of the communes of Dao San, Mu Sang, Tung Qua Lin (now Dao San commune, Lai Chau province). In addition, 100 gifts were given to primary and secondary school students in the above communes. 3,000 notebooks and 2 TVs were given to Dao San Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities and Dao San Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.
The program also presented 100 meaningful gifts along with many essential items such as flashlights, hot containers, helmets... to the commune police force in the province... The total value of the gifts was 500 million VND.
Towards policy families and meritorious people, the People's Public Security Trade Union visited and presented 222 gifts (1 million VND/gift and gifts in kind worth 500,000 VND) to policy families and meritorious people in Hung Yen province. Organized the donation of "Union Love House" to 2 policy families subject to temporary house removal in Tuyen Quang province, each house worth 30 million VND.
