Speaking at the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Doan Ngoc Hung Anh said that Da Nang City has just experienced a historic flood, causing landslides and flooding, damaging many constructions and crops and greatly affecting people's lives, especially in riverside areas, low-lying areas and mountainous areas.
