Chinese tourist writes letter of thanks for being supported to find property
Mr. Wang Zhong Teng, a Chinese national, wrote a letter of thanks after receiving support from Quang Tri authorities to find the handbag dropped at the airport.
On July 22, Quang Tri Provincial Police said that they had just received a thank you letter from a foreign tourist when the authorities helped find the property.
On July 9, Mr. Wang Zhong Teng (born in 1988, Chinese nationality) took a flight to Dong Hoi airport (Quang Tri province) for work. While waiting for the bus to pick him up at the parking lot, he unfortunately dropped a personal handbag containing many important items.
As soon as the information was received, the Immigration Department, Quang Tri Provincial Police quickly verified and coordinated with relevant forces to deploy the search. After a short time, the authorities found the bag and returned it to Mr. Wang Zhong Teng.
After receiving the property back, Mr. Wang wrote a letter of thanks to the Quang Tri Provincial Police, expressing his appreciation for the sense of responsibility and timely support of the officers and soldiers here.
He said he felt secure and confident to continue working during his time working in Quang Tri.
