On June 25, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) held the 6th Executive Committee Conference (term XI), 2023-2028, summarizing the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in the first 6 months of the year, deploying key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, in the first 6 months of 2025, the whole province established 195 grassroots unions, developing more than 49,000 union members.

To date, the whole province has nearly 3,000 grassroots unions with 682,000 union members. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers continues to achieve many important results.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 alone, trade unions at all levels in the province visited over 70,000 union members and employees with a total budget of about 450 billion VND.

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to dissolve 15 direct superior trade unions at the grassroots level including: Bien Hoa City Federation of Labor, Long Khanh City Federation of Labor and the Federations of Labor of Cam My, Vinh Cuu, Trang Bom, Thong Nhat, Xuan Loc, Long Thanh districts, Nhon Trach, Dinh Quan, Tan Phu, Bien Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union, Education Trade Union, Health Trade Union and Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union.

Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Thi Nhu Y acknowledged the outstanding results and contributions of the provincial trade unions at all levels in the past time.
