Enterprises in Lam Dong teach AI skills to workers
Lam Dong - Dai Ninh Hydropower Company has just coordinated to organize a training course on the topic " application of AI to create labor" for workers.
On July 14, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Director of Dai Ninh Hydropower Company said that the unit had just organized a training course on " applying AI to create jobs" for workers.
The event was held in response to the "Digital education movement" launched by General Secretary To Lam. This is also implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo (13-term) on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
According to Mr. Phuoc, the application of artificial intelligence, especially generative AI tools, is an inevitable trend in the current context of the electricity industry being strongly innovated.
Every worker, regardless of job position, must proactively approach and effectively exploit new technology to improve productivity and work quality. Only then can we adapt to the environment, working conditions and job requirements in the digital age, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc emphasized.
Mr. Phuoc said that the course was held directly at the unit, under the guidance of Mr. Nguyen Sieu Dang - Senior Lecturer of SmartPro.
The trade union here has coordinated with the company's board of directors to propagate and mobilize all employees to participate in this important training course.
Here, workers are introduced to and practice popular AI platforms including: ChatGPT Copilot, Gemini, DeepSeek, Canva AI, Gamma, OceanDoc, Perplexity, Fliki, OpenAI, VideoGen, AI Studio, Manus and NotebookLM...
In addition, workers practice in depth, practicing AI application skills in work. Specifically, applying AI in content creation, multi-modal processing, automating processes, and drafting documents.
Another practical skill is applying AI in summarizing content, setting up reports, planning projects, monitoring progress, analyzing data; applying AI in designing presented slides, creating charts, images, building videos...
We put AI applications into practice, contributing to innovation in thinking and improving labor efficiency. This is not only an immediate requirement, but also a long-term orientation in the company's digital transformation and innovation journey, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc shared.
