FDI enterprise in Hai Phong lets more than 700 workers take leave to vote
Hai Phong - March 14, the Economic Security Department coordinated with Hong An Ward Police to mobilize businesses to create conditions for workers to participate in elections.
The Economic Security Department coordinated with Hong An Ward Police to mobilize the Board of Directors of P.I. T Vina Co., Ltd. - a 100% Korean-owned enterprise, currently employing 712 workers.
At the working session, the Police force propagated and mobilized businesses to arrange reasonable working hours and shifts to create favorable conditions for workers to fully exercise their rights and civic obligations on the election day of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term on March 15.
The Company's Board of Directors said that on March 15, the company will arrange for all employees to take leave to participate in the election. At the same time, the company also affirmed that it will create the best and most favorable conditions and mobilize workers to actively participate in the great festival of the whole nation.
Coordination activities between the Police force and businesses not only contribute to ensuring the legitimate rights of workers but also demonstrate the spirit of social responsibility, joining hands to build a successful, democratic, safe and lawful election day.
