Union members and workers take action to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 in Nghe An
Nghe An - Union members and workers are urgently reopening the National Highway 16 that was cut off by landslides after storm No. 10.
On the afternoon of September 30, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor said that immediately after storm No. 10 passed, union members and workers of Nghe An Bridge and Road Construction and Management Joint Stock Company urgently took action to clear route Km265+800, National Highway 16 - the section passing through the mountainous area cut off due to landslides to ensure smooth and safe traffic for people.
Joining hands to share difficulties, the Standing Committee of Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union promptly supported the meaningful lunches sent to workers directly working in the middle of the construction site covered with mud and fallen trees.
Although each meal is simple, it is a practical source of encouragement, adding the spirit for union members and workers to steadfastly overcome difficulties and complete the task of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
