There are 305 collectives and 950 individuals commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the General Department of Politics; 133 collectives and 2,908 individuals commended by agencies, units and enterprises under the Ministry; 41 individuals awarded the Creative Labor Certificate; 19 enterprises were honored as "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers"; 367 individuals were awarded the Commemorative Medal "For the cause of building Vietnam Trade Union".

In the 2023-2025 period, the Army Trade Union has performed well its function of participating in managing and promoting the mastery of union members and workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; representing and caring for the protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; organizing social policy activities well, improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
