Congress of the Company's Trade Union for the 35th term 2025-2030
On October 6, Company 35 (Army Corps 19) held a Congress of grassroots Trade Union Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
This is a pre-process conference to learn from experience in the entire Corps. The Congress agreed on specific targets for the new term: 100% of cadres, union members, and workers have strong political will, good moral qualities, a clean and healthy lifestyle, ready to accept and complete all assigned tasks well; strive to have at least 2 topics and 40 technical innovation initiatives each year; annual classification results have 80% of union members completing tasks well or better; 100% of union groups completing tasks well; 80% of union groups completing tasks well and excellently. Every year, 15 or more outstanding union members are admitted to the Party; 100% of qualified cadres and union members are promoted, have their salaries increased, and be conferred and promoted to military ranks on time as prescribed.
