Tam Duong Medical Center Trade Union Congress

This is an important political event, marking a new step in the development of the grassroots trade union organization - which represents the voice, rights and aspirations of nearly 225 union members and workers throughout the Center.

For the 2023 - 2025 term, the Health Center Trade Union has promoted the spirit of solidarity, creativity, flexible adaptation in all circumstances, caring for, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; accompanying the Government in improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, towards the goal of "Happy workers, satisfied patients".

The union also actively organizes cultural, sports and social security activities, visits and supports union members in difficult circumstances; thereby strengthening the spirit of solidarity and cohesion in the collective, contributing to improving the professional quality and reputation of the center.

The Congress acknowledged many in-depth opinions, reflecting rich practices in trade union activities. Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Commune Trade Union acknowledged and commended the results that the Tam Duong Medical Center Trade Union has achieved in the past term.

At the same time, orient some key tasks for the coming period: continue to innovate content and methods of operation; promote the application of technology and digital transformation in management; strengthen propaganda and political and ideological education; pay better attention to the material and spiritual life of union members; build a strong trade union organization, accompanying professional people in the cause of protecting and caring for people's health.
