Nam Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

The Congress was attended by 125 delegates, representing 4,425 union members and employees from 46 grassroots unions in the ward.

In recent times, the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union has actively innovated the content and methods of operation and focused on the grassroots to meet the needs and aspirations of union members and employees.

In particular, focusing on key contents, proposing appropriate solutions and organizing effective implementation. The labor movement and trade union activities have had a solid development step, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of local political tasks and socio-economic development targets. At the same time, it affirms the role and position of the Trade Union organization.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the 1st Nam Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, assessed the situation of workers in the area and the results of implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress for the period 2023 - 2025. At the same time, identify goals, targets, direction of tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.

During the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ward Trade Union will continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective manner.

At the same time, promote gathering activities, attract union members and employees and care for the protection of legitimate and legal rights and interests, build a material and spiritual life, improve working conditions and take care of the health of union members and employees.

Continue to improve the quality of propaganda work, educate workers on awareness of law compliance, labor discipline, political courage and all aspects of qualifications. Build harmonious, stable, progressive relations and promote patriotic emulation movements among workers.

At the Congress, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Nam Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Nam Hoa Lu Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 11 people; the Standing Committee consists of 3 people and the Inspection Committee consists of 3 people.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Ward Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung was appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairwoman - Head of the Inspection Committee.
