Da Nang launches Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union
The Da Nang City Labor Federation launched the Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union.
On July 25, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City held a conference to announce the decision of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on the establishment of the Ward Trade Union; commemorating the 96th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union and providing support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union currently manages 174 grassroots trade unions with more than 6,000 union members.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Van Sang, Chairman of Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union, suggested that grassroots trade unions innovate their methods of operation, improve capacity, and comprehensively care for union members and workers.
At the same time, launch and improve the effectiveness of emulation movements, promote a few criticism games. In particular, in the last 6 months of the year, each grassroots Trade Union and Trade Union must organize at least one activity to care for workers effectively and practically.
Mr. Le Van Dai, Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, requested the Thanh Khe Trade Union to urgently perfect the personnel apparatus of grassroots trade unions and focus on training and fostering cadres to meet the requirements of digital transformation.
