Vina Union Co., Ltd. organizes a Union Meal for 1,400 workers
Phu Tho - The Vina Union Company Limited Trade Union has just organized a Trade Union Meal, contributing to improving the health and spirit of workers.
On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on August 29, the Trade Union of Vina Union Company Limited (Ba Thien II Industrial Park) organized a "Union Meal" for 1,400 union members and workers.
Attending the program, leaders of the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province suggested that the Board of Directors of the Trade Union of Vina Union Company Limited pay more attention to trade union activities to care for retaining workers in the enterprise in the context of very fierce labor market competition and scarce human resources.
The Union Meal brought sharing and created cohesion between union members and workers. That joy reduces hard working hours but is also an opportunity for each person to see that they are led by the unit, cared for and cared for by the Trade Union organization. From there, they will be more responsible for the development of the unit.
It is known that every Tuesday - Vina Union Co., Ltd. will give workers a special meal worth twice as much as usual.
Every three months - the company will let workers try new dishes to evaluate and choose menu changes.
