Danh Vang Coal Company closes the 2025 Workers' Football Tournament

The 2025 men's and women's football tournament of Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company will be held from November 4 to November 8, with the participation of 9 teams including 6 men's teams and 3 women's teams.

Of which, 99 athletes are officers and employees from departments and workshops throughout the company.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Mining Region Tradition Day - Coal Industry Tradition (November 12, 1936, November 12, 2025), towards the 26th Congress of the Company's Trade Union, term 2025-2030.

The men's teams divided into a round-robin group to select 2 teams to enter the semi-finals; the women's event competed in a round-robin to score points.

During the 5 days of competition, 12 matches took place in an exciting and dramatic way, bringing many beautiful plays with a noble sportsmanship.

Results of the men's football event, the Dao Van No. 1 joint team won the championship; the second prize went to the Dao Van No. 2 joint team; the third prize went to the Department and Exploitation Joint Stock Company No. 1

Women's football content, Service - Life - Department of Excellence joint venture won first prize; second prize: Site volleyball; third prize: Electrical workshop.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Trinh Van An - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - emphasized: "The tournament is an opportunity for workers and laborers of Thanh Vang to exercise, exchange, strengthen the spirit of solidarity, thereby creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to the successful completion of production and business tasks in 2025".
