Garment company in Dong Nai organizes sea tours for more than 2,300 workers
Dong Nai - Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company plans to take all staff and workers on a sea tour of Vung Tau or Phan Thiet, Mui Ne.
Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Thong Nhat Commune) has just announced plans to organize tours for all staff in 2025.
Accordingly, based on the wishes of the employees, the Company hopes to organize annual travel for all employees to enhance solidarity and build a spirit of solidarity in the collective.
In order to prepare well for the plan to organize a tour program at the end of 2025 combined with organizing a summary of production and business activities in 2025, the Company organized a survey of the needs of registering to participate in a 2-day, 1-night trip.
Specifically, the expected time is mid-December 2025 at Vung Tau or Phan Thiet, Mui Ne beach (chosen by workers).
Travel expenses The company sponsors 100% of expenses (travel, accommodation, Gala dinner), about 2 million VND/person. In case of non-participation, the company will pay travel expenses according to the Collective Labor Agreement to the employees.
Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company is a garment company that has been established for more than 10 years. The company currently has about 2,300 employees, often with many activities to care for the lives of union members and workers and is in need of recruiting workers.
In 2024, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a 3-day, 2-night trip for all 42,000 workers in Da Lat (Lam Dong Province).
