Quang Tri - A textile company has adjusted working hours on September 5 so that officers and employees have time to take their children to school to attend the opening ceremony.
On September 4, Mr. Ta Quang Thuat - Director of Hung Dung Textile and Trading Joint Stock Company (Quang Tri province) confirmed that the unit had issued a document to adjust working hours at Nam Dong Ha Factory and Gio Linh and Cam Lo branches.
Accordingly, the normal start time for the shift is 7:30 am, and the end time for the shift will be postponed to 9:30 am and the end time will be 5:00 pm.
Mr. Thuat said that September 5 is the day when all people take their children to school, he is a father, understands the happiness of attending the opening ceremony with his children, so he wants all cadres and workers to have this opportunity.
Currently, the company has more than 200 staff and employees. Although the adjustment of working hours is small, it has a special spiritual meaning, encouraging employees to stick with work after starting the new school year with their children.
