BUNKA Hung Yen Export Company completes the new term Trade Union organization

The Trade Union of BUNKA Vietnam Export Processing Company Limited (Thang Long II Industrial Park) has just successfully organized the 4th Congress, term 2025-2030, with a democratic and responsible spirit, aiming to better care for union members and workers.

At the Congress, the final report for the 2019–2024 term has clearly pointed out the outstanding results in trade union activities and the workers' worker movement: Protect legal rights and interests for workers; well coordinate with businesses in dialogue, formulate collective labor agreements, organize emulation movements associated with productivity - quality - labor safety.

The Congress also seriously acknowledged the limitations, drew lessons and set out directions and goals for the 2025-2030 term.

With the spirit of democracy, responsibility and solidarity, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 4th grassroots Trade Union, consisting of 9 comrades, representing the voice and legitimate rights of the Company's employees.

Ms. Do Thi Huong - President of the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation praised the efforts and creativity of the Trade Union of BUNKA Vietnam Export Processing Company Limited in the past term.

Ms. Huong suggested that in the coming time, the Trade Union should continue to promote its role as a bridge between workers and enterprises, representing and better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members; at the same time, contributing to building a team of skilled and disciplined workers, accompanying the sustainable development of enterprises.
