Workers were moved when the Union organized a collective wedding ceremony

Having lived together for many years but never held a wedding, Ms. Le Thi Thu Ha - a worker at Goertek micro Electronic Vina Nghe An Co., Ltd. always has the dream of wearing a wedding dress like many other women. However, the workers' livelihood with countless worries, additional family incidents, has caused that dream to be put aside many times.

"There were times when I thought, my wife and I probably won't ever have a complete wedding. As long as the family is warm and full, that's enough..." Ms. Ha emotionally shared.

The joy only came when Ms. Ha was noticed by Nghe An Provincial Trade Union and included in the list of couples participating in the Collective wedding Ceremony for workers. From costumes, rituals to logistics, everything is carefully and meticulously prepared.

"We are truly grateful to the Provincial Trade Union, the company and the accompanying units. Thanks to this program, we are preparing to have a day of complete happiness, something we had never dared to think about before" - Ms. Ha expressed.

Not only a wedding ceremony, the program also gives couples and workers encouragement, sharing, and adding confidence so that they can work with peace of mind and build a happy family together.

The collective wedding ceremony is organized by Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor in coordination with the Provincial Women's Union and Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, scheduled to take place on December 28, 2025. The radiant smiles and touching eyes of couples on the eve of the big day are proof of the humanistic meaning of this activity - the practical concern of the Trade Union organization for the spiritual life of workers.
