Thieu Hoa Commune Trade Union focuses on innovation and care for workers

On January 3, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the Thieu Hoa Commune Trade Union identified innovation in content and methods of operation, improving the quality of care, representing and protecting the rights of union members and workers as the focus of the 2026 work program.

At the 2026 task implementation conference, the Commune Trade Union set out the following goals: continue to promote its core role in the patriotic emulation movement; promote cultural and sports activities; strengthen propaganda and political and ideological education; focus on building a strong trade union organization, improving the quality of trade union cadres.

Along with that, the Commune Trade Union promotes coordination with the government and departments and branches to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances; effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, create a united and responsible working environment.

With a spirit of unity and high determination, the Thieu Hoa Commune Trade Union aims that 2026 will be the year to improve the quality of activities, strengthen union membership and promote the role of trade union organizations at the grassroots level.
