Nhon Trach Commune Labor Union focuses on taking care of and protecting union members and workers
Dong Nai - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh attended the 1st Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union Conference, term 2025-2030.
On October 27, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh and his delegation attended the 1st Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union Conference for the 2025-2030 term.
Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union currently manages 29 grassroots trade unions in 3 communes: Nhon Trach, Dai Phuoc and Phuoc An with 2,583 union members/2,971 workers.
In the coming term, the Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union will focus on performing well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; Taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; Actively participating in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union strives for 100% of state-owned enterprise trade unions and 80% of non-state enterprises to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements; 80% of collective labor agreements ensure more beneficial content than the provisions of law; 100% of grassroots trade unions organize at least 2-3 caring activities/year such as: Tet Sum Vay, Workers' Month, cultural, artistic and sports activities...
Promote the movement "Good workers, Creative workers"; Mobilize union members, workers and civil servants to be dynamic, creative, promote technical innovation initiatives, apply scientific and technological advances to management and business to create high-quality, competitive products...
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation - acknowledged that the Nhon Trach Commune Labor Union has quickly improved the apparatus, developed operating regulations, and put into order.
Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Quoc Dung suggested that Nhon Trach Commune Labor Union continue to focus on caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of union members and workers such as: Supporting workers in difficulty, building Union Shelters, Union Meals, taking care of Tet for union members and workers. At the same time, organize cultural - artistic, physical education - sports programs, propagate the policies of the Party, State, and Labor Law to union members and workers.
The activities of the Trade Union organization need to be improved, truly devoted, and seek to implement good models so that union members and workers can be best cared for.
It is expected that on the afternoon of October 27, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh and his delegation will continue to attend the 1st Bien Hoa Ward Trade Union Conference, term 2025-2030.
At the Conference, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Inspection Committee (IC) Chairman, Chairman of the IC Chairman, Deputy Head of the IC Chairman - Trade Union of Nhon Trach Commune, term I, 2025 - 2030 was approved. Ms. Thai Chan was appointed as Chairman of the Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union.
Also at the conference, the decision of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor was approved to appoint Ms. Thai Chan - Chairman of the Nhon Trach Commune Trade Union to attend the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
