Gia Lam Commune Trade Union identifies 3 breakthroughs

145 official delegates representing more than 11,000 union members of Gia Lam Commune attending the 1st Congress for the 2025-2030 term, Gia Lam Commune Union unanimously set out 7 main targets, 8 groups of tasks, key solutions and 3 breakthroughs.

In particular, 3 breakthroughs include: Building a team of courageous, intellectual, responsible, creative union officials, effectively applying digital transformation in activities; Innovation in dialogue and collective bargaining, focusing on the content of employment, wages, and the working environment; Promoting the development of union members, establishing new grassroots unions, building unions to truly be a reliable support for workers.

For the main and notable targets, it is necessary to strive for 95% of union members and workers to be propagandized and disseminated the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws every year; 100% of union members in difficult circumstances are cared for and supported promptly by the Trade Union.

The Congress determined that the general goal for the 2025-2030 term is to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; strongly focus on the grassroots; perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; build a strong Gia Lam Commune Trade Union, contributing to building the locality in a civilized - modern direction.
