Dat Do Commune Trade Union organizes the 1st Delegation Conference for the 2025-2030 term

On October 12, the Dat Do Commune Trade Union (HCMC) announced that it had organized the 1st Delegation Conference for the 2025 - 2030 term, with the participation of 50 official delegates.

Currently, Dat Do Commune Trade Union is managing 26 affiliated grassroots unions, with 4,568 union members. In the past time, the Commune Trade Union has organized the assignment of tasks; coordinated with the government and relevant sectors to supervise the implementation of policies and regimes for workers; coordinated with units to organize and implement many activities, focusing on caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Dat Do Commune Trade Union sets many goals to strive for such as: achieving 100% of the targets of introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train and admit; 100% of commune union officials participate in local movements launched by the Commune Fatherland Front Committee; mobilizing union members and workers to actively respond to emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; 100% of grassroots trade unions applying information technology, implementing digital transformation in union member management; 100% of grassroots trade union officials are trained in professional skills, basic digital skills, have knowledge on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the management and operation of trade union activities...

The conference also focused on clarifying a number of contents on the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; proposing many solutions to promote emulation movements, build a strong Trade Union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of local socio-economic development goals.

At the same time, the personnel decision of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Dat Do Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030, was announced. In which, Ms. Le Thi Kim Loan is the Chairwoman of the Dat Do Commune Trade Union.
