Chau Pha Commune Labor Union issues AI virtual assistant to support union activities
HCMC - The Ministry of virtual assistants using AI with 18 separate functions supports trade union work and consulting and assisting union members and workers.
On October 25, the Chau Pha Commune Labor Union (HCMC) announced that the unit had issued a "Artificial Intelligence virtual assistant for office work, legal consultancy and personal matters".
The virtual assistant set includes 18 virtual assistants with separate functions on Google's Gemini application platform; of which, 7 AI virtual assistants support administrative work, 5 AI virtual assistants support legal issues and 6 AI virtual assistants support personal issues, research, and learning.
Users of the virtual assistant set need to log into the Gemini application to be able to use the functions of the assistant set well; ensure compliance with regulations and instructions on some general principles for civil servants, public employees and employees in state agencies to use large language models (chatbot AI) for work.
According to Chau Pha Commune Trade Union, this is a project to celebrate the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the commune, term 2025-2030. At the same time, improve the skills of applying artificial intelligence AI in union work, consulting activities, and support for union members and workers in the commune.
