HCMC - The Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute focuses on digital transformation, improving the capacity of trade union officials, and innovating the care of union members and workers.

The Congress of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute (under the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union) for the 2025-2030 term has just held and determined the direction and tasks: Continue to innovate methods of operation, improve the capacity of staff, accompany the Institute in developing rubber science and technology.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the average income of employees at the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute always exceeds the plan, reaching from 12.4 million VND/person/month (2023) to 14.2 million VND/person/month (2024).

The Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute has supported 120 million VND from the "Union Shelter" Fund to help 4 worker families repair their houses.
