Kim Lien Ward Trade Union will hold a Congress on October 10
It is expected that the Kim Lien Ward Trade Union (Hanoi) will hold its first Congress, term 2025 - 2030 on October 10.
The Kim Lien Ward Trade Union Executive Committee held its first meeting for the 2025-2030 term. One of the contents of the Conference is to approve the Plan to organize the Kim Lien Ward Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term, scheduled to take place on October 10, 2025.
Kim Lien Ward Labor Union was established under Decision No. 1940/QD-LDLD, under the Hanoi City Labor Federation. The ward union received 97 grassroots unions with 5,135 union members operating in the area.
The Ward Trade Union Executive Committee consists of 9 people; The Standing Committee consists of 3 people. Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the ward Trade Union. The Trade Union Inspection Committee consists of 3 people.
The establishment of the Kim Lien Ward Trade Union is an important milestone, contributing to perfecting the Trade Union organization in the grassroots political system; creating a foundation to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
