Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union innovates operations, takes better care of workers

On March 29, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union had just organized a conference to evaluate the results of the first quarter and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2026.

At the conference, delegates comprehensively assessed the results of trade union activities in the first quarter of 2026. Many contents achieved positive results, closely following the political tasks of the locality and the needs of workers. In addition, the conference also frankly pointed out shortcomings and limitations, thereby proposing solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of operations in the coming time.

In the second quarter of 2026, Hoang Mai Ward Trade Union determined to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation in a practical and effective direction. The focus is to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers; promote emulation movements; enhance the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.

Also at the conference, the review of the cadre planning for the 2025-2030 term was implemented seriously, objectively, and in accordance with regulations. The review contributed to building a contingent of trade union officials with capacity and bravery, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
