News from Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on March 23rd said: Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union organized a training conference with 2 contents: Trade union financial work nghiệp vụ and Dialogue skills at the workplace, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements at units for members of the Executive Committee and officials in charge of grassroots trade union financial work directly under the ward.

In charge of training are Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Oanh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and Ms. Le Thao Huyen Trang - Specialist of the Trade Union Affairs Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation.

Through the training and fostering class, grassroots trade union officials directly under the ward have grasped trade union financial nghiệp vụ; skills in working-place dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements at units; regimes, policies, and new documents related to trade union organizations to apply to practical trade union activities in their units in accordance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and directing documents of higher-level trade unions, contributing to the locality's successful implementation of the annual socio-economic development goals in the ward.
