Hoa Cuong Ward Labor Union, Da Nang sets a goal of concretizing and bringing the resolution into life

News from the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on January 18 said: The Ward Trade Union held a conference to summarize the work of the Trade Union in 2025 and deploy directions and tasks for 2026.

In 2025, the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union has developed 10 new grassroots trade unions and admitted 225 union members.

Trade unions at all levels promptly supported 225 union members affected by floods with a total cost of 450 million VND; presented 40 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances and 120 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to union members' children with a total cost of 36 million VND.

In addition, the Ward Union also mobilized 6 units to take care of 9 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.

With the achieved results, Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union was assessed by the Da Nang City Labor Federation as having excellently completed the tasks in 2025; 27 affiliated grassroots trade unions achieved the title of having excellently completed the tasks.

In 2026, the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union will implement the theme of activities: "Promoting innovation; taking union members and workers as the subject and effective at the grassroots level as the center of innovation; concretizing and bringing the resolutions of the Party Congress, the Fatherland Front and the Trade Union into life".

In the period near the Lunar New Year, the Ward Union will continue to implement practical programs such as "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" and "Union Bus trip", to care for the material and spiritual life of workers.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Hoang Giang Yen Thuy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Cuong Ward Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Ward Union in the past year.

Ms. Thuy suggested that the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union continue to maintain its achievements, proactively grasp public opinion, thoughts and aspirations of workers to promptly care for and support.

Ms. Hoang Giang Yen Thuy agreed on the direction and tasks for 2026 of the Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union. At the same time, he suggested that the Ward Union focus on promoting propaganda and disseminating the Party's resolutions into the content of the Union's activities in the coming time as the set goals.
