Chanh Hiep Ward Trade Union in Ho Chi Minh City continues to promote the development of union members and grassroots trade unions
HCMC - On July 16, Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the HCMC Labor Federation, headed a working delegation, had a working session in Chanh Hiep ward.
Attending the meeting were Ms. Truong Thi Thu Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Cong Ly - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Chi - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Chairman of the Chanh Hiep Ward Trade Union.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Chi reported on the results of ward union activities and the work of organizing ward union personnel. At the same time, make recommendations and proposals to improve the quality of activities in the coming time.
On the local side, Ms. Truong Thi Thu Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee emphasized the important role of the Ward Union in gathering and mobilizing union members and workers to participate in patriotic emulation movements and contribute to the local socio-economic development.
Ms. Truong Thi Thu Hien suggested that the Ward Union continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity. Strengthen close coordination with socio-political organizations in the area to improve the quality of activities, practically care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
Concluding the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation highly appreciated the proactive spirit of the Chanh Nghiep Ward Labor Union as well as the close leadership of the Ward Party Committee.
Ms. Nguyen Kim Loan suggested that the Ward Union continue to improve the organization, promote the development of union members, establish grassroots unions, organize emulation movements associated with local political tasks.
