Au Lau Ward Labor Union summarizes work in 2025
Lao Cai - On the afternoon of December 30, the Au Lau Ward Labor Union held a conference to summarize the work in 2025 and deploy key tasks in 2026.
According to the report at the conference, Au Lau Ward Trade Union was established on July 1, 2025, currently managing 2,657 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers; of which 2,390 union members are active in 28 grassroots trade unions.
Average income reaches about 7.2 million VND/person/month; the ideological situation of union members is stable, no collective labor disputes occur.
In 2025, the Ward Union will focus on performing well the work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
Trade unions at all levels organized 3 "Union Meals" for 184 union members; visited and supported 147 union members with a budget of over 75 million VND; supported union members affected by storm No. 10 with a total budget of 242 million VND.
Propaganda and emulation work has been effectively implemented; the movements "Good workers - Creative workers", "Good at public work - Good at home work" ... have been positively responded to. In 2025, the Ward Union will complete and exceed 10/11 targets assigned by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Huy Cuong - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the performance of Au Lau Ward Labor Union in its first year of establishment, and at the same time proposed to continue innovating the methods of operation, promoting the development of union members, and better caring for workers' lives.
On this occasion, Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2025.
