An Hai Ward Union, Da Nang sets a target of 2,000 new union members
On the morning of October 14, the An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang held the 1st Congress of Delegates (term 2025 - 2030).
Over the past term, the An Hai Ward Trade Union has performed well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. The unit proactively coordinates with authorities and enterprises to monitor the implementation of salary, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, leave and maternity benefits, contributing to ensuring the rights of employees.
Patriotic emulation movements continue to be innovated, attracting a large number of cadres and union members to participate with many creative and effective models, contributing to improving labor productivity and product quality.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", for the 2025 - 2030 term, An Hai Ward Trade Union aims to develop 2,000 new union members. At the same time, strive for at least 90% of enterprise-based trade unions to negotiate and sign collective labor agreements; 100% of grassroots trade unions apply information technology in union member management.
The unit continues to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the capacity of the staff, strengthen the protection of the legitimate rights of workers, and build a strong trade union organization.
On this occasion, the An Hai Ward Trade Union launched the Executive Committee consisting of 15 members; Mr. Do Duc Tinh was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
