Trade Union in Lam Dong organizes football tournament, connecting workers

On November 4, Mr. Hoang Dinh Phuoc - a worker at Vien Son Joint Stock Company (Duc Trong District, Lam Dong) - excitedly shared after participating in a meaningful football tournament.

Chairman of the Trade Union of Vien Son Joint Stock Company, Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuoc, said that the company specializes in processing agricultural products for export, currently has more than 300 workers with stable jobs and income.

The Trade Union always accompanies the Board of Directors to take care of the material and spiritual lives of workers; regularly organizes tours, picnicks, and gives gifts on holidays, Tet, Mid-Autumn Festival and birthdays, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and solidarity in the collective.

In particular, the union and the Board of Directors also launched a sports training movement, organized many competitions, and created a useful playground for workers.

These activities help improve health, bring joy and solidarity to make workers work more effectively, Mr. Phuoc emphasized.

This football tournament has 5 participating teams, each team consisting of 11 athletes is selected and regularly practiced in groups and departments in the company.
