Gia Lai Trade Union receives many comments for the Congress documents

On December 9, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (GFF) held a workshop to collect comments on the draft Political Report submitted to the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. The congress is scheduled to take place on December 29 and 30.

The draft report consists of two parts: assessing the results of the implementation of the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2025 period and the goals, directions, tasks, and solutions for Trade Union activities for the 2025-2030 term.

In which, the congress identified 12 groups of annual targets, 3 targets until the end of the term; at the same time, proposed 3 breakthroughs and 9 groups of key tasks and solutions.

At the workshop, delegates highly agreed with the structure and content of the draft. At the same time, many practical opinions were contributed regarding the assessment of the workers, civil servants and laborers' movement; development of union members; building a strong union organization; innovating activities in the context of digital transformation and international integration; improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers...

Some opinions suggested continuing to shorten the reporting capacity, review data and highlight the role of trade unions in the political system.

Concluding the workshop, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions and affirmed that this is an important basis for completing the Political Report to submit to the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
