Trade unions promote emulation to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

Welcoming the Party Congress of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group and Party Congresses at all levels and levels of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group Trade Union (Petrovietnam Trade Union) are actively implementing patriotic emulation movements, spreading widely among cadres, union members and workers throughout the Group.

To truly compete as a driving force for development, Petrovietnam Trade Union requires grassroots trade unions to organize and launch movements associated with "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"; focusing on the program " Oil and Gas Innovation", in which initiatives and technical improvements need to be directly linked to the task of production - business, bringing clear and substantial results. These activities also aim to celebrate the National Party Congress of the Vietnam National Industry - Energy Group and towards the 14th National Party Congress.

In addition, timely honoring and praising typical advanced individuals and groups, good people's examples - good deeds will be a strong source of encouragement, creating a widespread influence throughout the Group.

The emulation movement not only aims to increase labor productivity but also contributes to renewing, improving the effectiveness of the Trade Union organization's operations and affirming its pioneering role, adapting to innovation and constantly improving the quality of service for union members and workers.

To realize the above goals, Petrovietnam Trade Union encourages union members and workers to promote the spirit of innovation, proactively propose new solutions and ideas - from models and creative ways of doing things to recognized and practical professional initiatives, bringing clear economic and social values.

In particular, union officials are also encouraged to promote initiatives in union activities, from policy consultation to implementing more effective care models for union members.
