Dak Lak Labor Union has many practical support policies for union members and workers

On the morning of September 4, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor said that from the Fund for Supporting Union Members and Workers, the unit has supported the construction and repair of 9 "Union Shelters" with a total cost of 450 million VND.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also supported grassroots unions to organize "Union Meals" and allocated loans from the National Fund for employment to 10 union members, with a total amount of 520 million VND (each household borrowed from 5060 million VND).

This is an important resource, helping union members and workers develop the economy and stabilize their lives. In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also visited and supported 10 union members and workers who had work-related accidents, suffered from serious illnesses or were in especially difficult circumstances.

The gifts were given directly at the "Union Meal" program organized by grassroots unions.

In 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor reported to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor a list of union officials and grassroots unions with 500 or more employees working on union member welfare.

The unit has also developed a plan to supervise the implementation of labor laws and the Trade Union Law at 4 units and enterprises: Ban Me Kindergarten, Sucdencoffee Vietnam Co., Ltd., Ban Me Food Co., Ltd. and Hoang Loc Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

Along with that, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor has worked with the Department of Home Affairs to complete the dossier for granting a license to establish and recognize the Charter of the Fund to support union members and workers according to Decree 93/2019/ND-CP of the Government on the organization and operation of social funds and charity funds.
