Da Nang Trade Union organizes a professional competition for beverage mixing for union members, workers working in restaurants and accommodation services.
Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union, Da Nang organizes the 2025 Drink Brewing Professional Competition. The contest has the participation of 9 contestants representing hotel, restaurant, accommodation facilities... with grassroots trade unions under Ngu Hanh Son Ward Trade Union.
The contestants will mix basic drinks ( cocktails or mocktails) and have 7 minutes to do the preparation, mixing, explaining and introducing the products for the Jury to evaluate the quality...
The contest is organized to exchange, share experiences, and honor beverage mixers in accommodation establishments, tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, and bars serving tourists.
At the same time, it will enhance the cultivation, learning and promotion of performance skills and creativity in the way of making drinks, contributing to improving the quality of tourism services in Ngu Hanh Son ward.
