Da Nang Trade Union organizes sports tournaments and karaoke competitions at universities and colleges

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on November 14 said: The City Labor Federation organizes a sports tournament and karaoke competition for grassroots trade unions of universities and colleges under the City Labor Federation.

This is an activity to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and to welcome the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress.

The activity attracted the participation of many union members and workers from grassroots unions: Dong A University, Duy Tan University, University of Physical Education and Sports, University of Architecture, Quang Nam University.

The tournament has 2 sports: badminton and pickleball. Badminton includes 5 competitions including men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles. Pickleball includes 3 competitions: men's doubles, women's doubles, men's doubles. The karaoke singing contest includes a solo and duet.

Through the activities, the City Labor Federation hopes to create a joyful atmosphere, exchange and share experiences in union activities and the movement of union members and workers in the grassroots union of universities and colleges under the City Labor Federation.

At the same time, through that, mobilize civil servants and workers to participate in sports training, improve health, and promote sportsmanship.
