Police overcome mountains to open a 0 VND booth to provide relief to people in remote areas in Da Nang
Da Nang - A Vuong Commune Police overcame landslides to atep village, opened a "Zero-dong store" to give gifts to support people after the storm.
After many days of prolonged floods due to the consecutive impact of storms No. 12 and 13, A Vuong commune, Da Nang city suffered heavy damage, many houses and structures were damaged, and traffic was cut off. Atiep village alone - an area that has been isolated for many days, has 16 houses severely damaged, crops and livestock were severely damaged.
In that situation, A Vuong Commune Police organized a program "Zero-dong booth" in atep village to promptly share difficulties, helping people soon stabilize their lives after natural disasters.
Although the road to the village is still eroded and difficult to travel, the Commune Police still do not hesitate to work hard, use shovels to clear the road, carry goods across mountains and forest banks to bring gifts to the people. At the booth, many warm and practical gifts such as rice, instant noodles, warm clothes, notebooks, pens, etc. were presented by officers and soldiers to lonely elderly people, poor households, and students in special circumstances.
The soldiers of A Vuong Commune Police also organized haircuts and legal propaganda for the people, bringing a warm and affectionate atmosphere in the rainy season. The gifts were taken from the "Comradeship" fund of the Commune Police, along with mobilized sources from benefactors.
On this occasion, the Commune Police also presented gifts from the Ministry of Public Security and Da Nang City Police to representatives of the Village People's Committee, village elders, and prestigious people in the community.
The program "Zero-dong booth" not only has the meaning of material support but also spreads the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, expressing the beautiful image of the People's Public Security soldier - "When the people need it, when the people are in difficulty, there is a Public Security".
