Quang Ngai Police saved a girl who jumped into the river to commit suicide
Quang Ngai - A 22-year-old girl jumped into the Dak Bla River to commit suicide and was promptly saved by the Quang Ngai Provincial Police.
On October 13, Quang Ngai Provincial Police informed that on the afternoon of October 12, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH) of Quang Ngai Provincial Police promptly saved Ms. N.T.D.L (born in 2003, residing in Dak Bla Ward, Quang Ngai Province) by jumping into the river with the intention of committing suicide.
At 4:53 p.m. the same day, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Quang Ngai Province Police received a report of a case of jumping into the Dak Bla River, the section flowing through Dak Bla Ward to commit suicide.
Immediately afterwards, the unit's leaders mobilized the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 4 to mobilize 2 specialized vehicles and 15 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene to carry out rescue work.
At the scene, the victim jumped into the river, showing signs of exhaustion and unconsciousness, floating about 500 meters from the bridge jumping location, with only a part of his body floating on the water surface.
The Fire Police and Rescue Police force swam across the river, quickly approached and brought the victim to shore safely, gave emergency resuscitation, and reassured her, and Ms. N.T.D.L's health has now stabilized.
