At the same time, the resolution was announced to appoint the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Head of the People's Council; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune and ward; Decision of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Son La province on the establishment of the agency of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune and ward levels.

Among the 75 Party Secretaries of the new communes and wards in Son La, Mr. Vang A La - Chairman of the Son La Provincial Federation of Labor was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Phieng Cam commune from July 1, 2025.
