Trade Union in Ho Chi Minh City organizes flag-raising ceremony to celebrate National Day 2.9 and information on bonuses for union members
HCMC - About 300 workers solemnly paid tribute to the flag to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
On August 15, the Trade Union of Liv Cabinetry Company Limited (Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park Expansion, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) held a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
The program was attended by about 300 workers, union officials and the company's Board of Directors.
In a solemn atmosphere, all the company's employees sang the National Anthem and raised the flag together. At the same time, watch a documentary about National Day on September 2, 1945.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Trade Union shared their feelings about the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945). At the same time, it conveys to workers information and the meaning of two important events of the nation.
This activity aims to promote to workers the understanding of the historical periods that Vietnam has gone through. The younger generation in the company always remembers the history of the nation. From there, workers strive to compete and work well. Thereby increasing income for oneself and contributing to socio-economic development.
The Trade Union of Liv Cabinetry Company Limited said that this year's holiday, the company has arranged production activities and holidays for employees. At the same time, the grassroots trade union plans to promote its historical significance on the occasion of the national big holiday celebration.
Notably, to encourage all employees, on the occasion of the country's major holidays, the company decided to give each worker a bonus of 500,000 VND, and officers and employees will be rewarded from 1.2-1.5 million VND each.
It is known that recently, the Trade Union of Liv Cabinetry Company Limited has been implementing activities to care for workers. In July 2025, the unit organized an "Intimate Meal" for all union members and workers. The meal is worth 100,000 VND per meal. In addition, the grassroots union also awarded each union member 100,000 VND.
