The 53-year-old driver was driving a passenger car on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway when he suddenly showed signs of a stroke and the Traffic Police team arrived in time.
At noon on November 8, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security informed about the above incident.
At about 10:00 a.m. the same day, Traffic Police Team No. 4, Team 6, Department 6, led by Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Hai, carried out a mobile patrol on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway.
At that time, the working group received a report from the VECE patrol, informing them that there was a passenger car with license plate 86B-011.XX driven by driver Ha Van M (53 years old, Duc Linh commune, Lam Dong province).
When reaching Km25+350, Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, in Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai Province, the driver showed signs of a stroke and was stopping at lane 2 near the expressway's emergency lane.
At this time, Traffic Police Team No. 4 was patrolling the route at km22, quickly arrived at the scene, and organized traffic diversion to ensure traffic safety. Initially, the men determined that the driver had a stroke, so they performed first aid.
At the same time, the Working Group of Long Thanh General Hospital, Dong Nai province quickly approached for emergency care.
After that, driver M was taken to Long Thanh General Hospital, Dong Nai province and was promptly treated by doctors.
