He said that his wife was in critical condition and needed to be taken to Tam Anh Hospital, Hanoi for emergency treatment.

After grasping the situation, the traffic police team reported to their superiors and used a special vehicle to ring the lights to prioritize the road, supporting the family to take Ms. Hue to the hospital for timely emergency care, ensuring the safety of the mother and baby.
