Khanh Hoa Trade Union officials strive to stay close to the area and improve their skills

On November 12, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor's grassroots trade union said that the unit had successfully and successfully organized the 1st Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Currently, the grassroots union has 3 union groups with 43 union members, the Executive Committee consists of 5 people.

In recent times, the grassroots Trade Union has coordinated to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations, organize conferences for cadres and civil servants; regularly monitor and inspect the implementation of policies related to union members.

Thereby, it is recommended to amend and supplement regulations on administrative spending contracts, internal spending regulations, agency funds and codes of conduct for cadres.

Grassroots trade unions also innovate forms of propaganda, learning, and disseminating resolutions and policies of the Party, State, and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; promote the application of digital transformation in trade union activities.

In addition, the unit organizes many movements to build grassroots cultural life, contributing to improving the physical and spiritual life of union members.

At the Congress, delegates summarized, reviewed, and objectively and comprehensively evaluated the results achieved in the past term. In his speech, Mr. Bui Dang Thanh - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - emphasized that in the current period, trade union activities and union members will have to face many new challenges and opportunities.

He suggested that grassroots trade unions proactively care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members, promote emulation and innovation movements, and at the same time, each union member needs to improve multi-faceted capacity, closely following reality to promote the achieved results.

After discussing and contributing opinions, the Congress approved the direction, goals, targets and tasks for the new term, with the orientation of improving political mettle, qualifications, and staff capacity, perfecting the organization, and innovating the content and methods of operation in a proactive and flexible direction.

The Congress set out 7 targets to strive for, notably: Over 100% of union members achieve the title of Advanced Worker, at least 10% achieve the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level, 100% of union members are trained and fostered in trade union skills...

At the end of the Congress, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor for the first term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 3 comrades, was announced and the appointment decision was issued.
